I know why you are here because I’ve been where you are. The career or life you thought you should have or were told you should pursue aren’t what you want now OR you achieved what you set out for yourself and not sure what is next OR you have gone through a major life change (e.g. death of a loved one or a job loss) and now you are questioning things OR your company got acquired and you are trying to figure out what’s next.

I remove impediments so you can shine your light and live a life you love. My coaching approach is a partnership. I walk along side you on your journey. I believe that the answers you are looking for are already in you. It’s my job to help bring them out of you.

I am a very curious person that likes to get at the root so I naturally ask a lot of questions. Ask my husband about our first date. He said it felt like an interview at first. When he flipped things and became the interviewer I knew there was something special about him.

I listen and observe to see things you aren’t seeing about yourself. I will share observations, resources, tips, suggestions, and stories and my own experiences to assist you. I will be your wordsmith, idea generator, and brainstorming partner.

I am an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach (PCC). Before becoming a full time coach I had various positions from individual contributor to Director where I utilized my coaching skills. I am a strategic and people focused leader. I know how to reinvent myself. I have worked in multiple industries and various positions. I was job hopping or pivoting before it was cool. I have a core set of transferrable skills that helped me reinvent myself and you do too. Networking and storytelling also helped me make my transitions. I’ve been laid off 4 times including during the 2008 recession and 2 times in 2024 and always found my next position in just a few months. Elevator pitch, interview prep, salary negotiation, and networking are my jam.

I have free snorkeled with a variety of sharks. Reef, Tiger, and Galapagos sharks. I respect them and love the ocean.
