Bio
Curiosity and love are the driving forces behind my career contributions. I’m an engineer by education, and a business development leader by experience. After a few years in an engineering role right out of college (sitting in a cubicle producing mechanical drawings all day), I learned I wanted a greater variety of problems to solve, and higher levels of collaboration and human connection. I shifted to sales & business development, and never looked back. I have endless gratitude for my career journey thus far — it is constantly evolving and I am pumped for all the ways I am planning to make an impact in the future.
There are so many things I love about the work I get to do here at Happen To Your Career. I get to deeply listen to clients, creating space for them to identify where they are today, and where they want to be in the future, with no judgement and no dream too big. It really is an honor. I fully stand behind the mission to help people find work that is meaningful and fulfilling. I know that it is possible, so I challenge people to tune into their inner truth, and together we lay out a path to go and live it.
As much as I enjoy working alongside my colleagues optimizing for our desired future, I also deeply value somatic work — learning how to move through our hectic world with a sense of embodiment and presence. Over the years, alongside my corporate career, I have practiced as a licensed massage therapist and trained as a birth doula. Bodies are where we can find awareness, power, and gratitude. From there, we can guide our minds to do the work we are meant to do.
As of late, I have become acutely aware of how we hold multiple truths. “Both/And”. Life is hard, AND, life is beautiful at the same time. When we act with intention, we can put our focus where it matters most for us, and that is when we really get to shine.
At home, two kids and a goofy Great Dane shower me with lots of love and responsibility. My partner and supportive community of dreamers & doers inspire me to continue showing up big in my career. Philadelphia has been home for most of my life, with the exception of some young adult years spent in NY, MD, and CA. (Yes, Philly cheesesteaks do live up to the hype!)
Finally, if you’re still with me, I’ve laid out my unique purpose and how I plan to contribute to our clients and all those in my circles:
Help people to live in alignment with their truth, by fostering deep connections, empowering self-discovery, and creating meaningful, strategic paths forward—where authentic relationships and inspired solutions lead to lasting growth and fulfillment.
- Inspiring Transformation: Seeing what’s possible for others and helping them envision a brighter, more aligned future. Utilize empathy and ability to connect and powerfully guide those seeking change.
- Building Authentic Relationships: Relationships are at the core of everything I do. I thrive when I can build trust, inspire confidence, and create spaces where people feel safe, seen and understood.
- Synthesizing Knowledge and Insights: My natural curiosity and love for gathering information enable me to curate meaningful resources and tools that simplify complex decisions or processes for others.
- Creating Connection and Purpose: My passion for authentic relating and values alignment drives me to more deeply connect people to themselves, each other, and the bigger picture.

FUN FACT:
I have been a dedicated athlete for most of my life – most notable was my college rowing career at Syracuse University back in the “glory days”. I credit much of my professional achievement to all that I gained from participating in sports.
Over the last couple of years, I have trained in CrossFit and dabbled in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. If I had endless time and energy, I’d still be doing all of these.
Instead, I am focusing on more gentle movement that still challenges me physically and mentally. Being compassionate towards my body is a practice because I am very competitive with myself – yoga has been helpful in this regard and is the center of my exercise, for now.

Why I work with HTYC:
Everyone is worthy of doing work that is impactful, fulfilling, and aligned with individual strengths- I am honored to be able to support people on their journey to defining their ideal career, and then actually making it happen!
I started as a HTYC podcast listener myself, and was particularly inspired by the conversations around dreaming big. Often, we need to get out of our own way to see what is possible. And that is what we get to do here. When we operate in our strengths, we contribute more significantly than we ever could’ve imagined. Wow, this is such important work! On top of it all, I get to work on a team of people who are simultaneously challenging and celebrating one another — HTYC coaches walk the talk!
