Bio

I know what it is like to feel stuck in a career.

Layoffs, organizational changes, and burnout are real. I also know how to cut through uncertainty and move forward.

I earned two promotions while pregnant. I built a business during my divorce. I rebuilt my career across nine countries over two decades.

With more than 10 years of leadership experience, I have led teams in-house and at consultancies. I have given talks at professional conferences, written for publications, and coached individuals and groups. I have studied coaching, leadership, and communication at Harvard University, University of Chicago, and Utrecht University. My background spans clinical psychology, cultural anthropology, evolutionary biology, media and cultural studies, and gender studies.

Every client I coach brings something unique to the table. Some need to rebuild confidence and self-trust. Some want clarity on what comes next. Some are navigating role, company, or country changes. Some are refining their craft and influence. Some are already thriving and want sharper focus and momentum. All of them want to move forward with intention.

When folks work with me, they are not outsourcing decisions. They are investing in clarity, confidence, and direction. They trust me with their career, their growth, and their energy. That trust is a privilege.

Together, we work in small, doable steps. We build momentum without pressure. We turn reflection into action. We create progress that lasts.

I have spent my career understanding people and helping them understand themselves so they can get results. Watching clients step into their potential and claim their impact is the most rewarding part of my work.

FAVORITE BOOKs

7 Rules of Power by Jeffrey Pfeffer – I return to this book often because it explains how influence, strategy, and decision-making actually work in organizations. It reminds me that career growth is not just about effort but about understanding the system and navigating it effectively.

Forever Employable by Jeff Gothelf – This book helps you rethink your career. It’s about taking control of your professional life, building skills and networks, and creating opportunities rather than waiting for them. I use its lessons with clients and in my own career.

Why Has Nobody Told Me This Before? by Dr. Julie Smith – This book is full of practical strategies for managing thoughts, emotions, and behavior. I love how it takes mental health concepts and turns them into actionable advice that anyone can use.

FUN FACT

When I had my second child, I was at the hospital with a midwife, and the doctor had not yet arrived because there was a queue for the elevator. I ended up delivering the baby before the doctor even got there.
