Bio
As a career coach and executive consultant, I’m here to help others navigate their own career shifts with empathy and confidence. My own journey has been full of changes, moving from the red tape of big institutions to the freedom of entrepreneurship, all while aligning my work with what truly excites me. Throughout my career, I’ve stayed focused on making meaningful changes—both for myself and for the clients I work with.
With a background in small business consulting and executive coaching, I specialize in helping leaders grow and guiding professionals through career transitions. Whether it’s taking a step back for some quiet reflection or jumping into a tough challenge, I’m comfortable with it all.
As a natural change agent, I support clients in navigating their own pivots and transformations, using my own career evolution as a guide. My approach combines powerful insights with empathetic understanding, enabling clients to unlock their potential and achieve meaningful change in their professional lives.
My coaching style is deeply influenced by my natural talents. My top CliftonStrengths:

🌐 My Connectedness allows me to skillfully see how individual contributions impact the bigger picture.
💡 With Empathy, I’m keenly attuned to others’ emotions, asking insightful questions to deepen understanding and create a safe space for exploration.
📚 My Input strength drives me to be an avid collector and curator of information. I leverage data and research to inform decisions.
⚡ Command enables me to take the lead in challenging situations, driving change with confidence and providing clear direction when needed.
FAVORITE BOOKs
Fierce Conversations by Susan Scott – This book shaped my view on how coaching conversations can be transformative. As Scott says, “While no single conversation is guaranteed to transform a company, a relationship, or a life, any single conversation can.” This philosophy underscores my belief in the power of meaningful dialogue in coaching.
Radical Candor by Kim Scott – I love how this book balances the need for direct communication with genuine care for others, reflecting my own approach to coaching and leadership.
Works by Ann Patchett – I appreciate Ann Patchett for her authenticity and unique writing style. Her transition from author to book store co-owner is inspirational as she turned her passion for literature into a successful business venture.
Tiny Habits by BJ Fogg showcases how small, incremental changes can lead to monumental impacts and opened my eyes to the possibility of creating change in areas where it previously seemed unlikely.
FUN FACT
I worked on the bill that became a law requiring marketers to include an unsubscribe option in their emails. This experience highlights my commitment to advocating for positive change and making a real impact.
