Bio

I believe that learning is a fundamental human right, and everyone should have access to resources that help them thrive, not just survive.

As a self-described “job hopper” in the tech industry, I navigated different roles and organizations quickly, often assimilating myself as I ran towards the next best thing. I’ve worn many hats, ranging from learning designer to product manager to user researcher, rising through the ranks quickly. I made it to VP of User Research at the age of 29.

During my time as an executive, I often felt the isolating experience of being the only woman and/or person of color within teams and entire organizations. I carried the weight of constantly having to prove my value. It wasn’t sustainable and didn’t leave time for what mattered most.

While working with my own coach, I realized the work I was most excited about was supporting others to be their best at work. I returned to my roots in human development by becoming certified as a coach myself.

My coaching approach focuses on the integration of head, heart, and body, which helps clients reestablish their relationship to work, themselves, and the people they work with.

When I’m not working with clients, you can find me with my partner, two Russian Blue cats, Squeaky and Gracie, in the garden, or cooking up a new recipe.
