  • Equity Buy-In: $250K–$1.5M (staged)
  • Equity Range: 5–40% (performance & capital-based)

We’ve proven product-market fit at $1.1M/year with strong margins and exceptional client results. Now we’re preparing to scale.

I’m looking for a seasoned operator and growth-focused integrator to join as a true partner and architect the machine that takes this company from $1M → $100M in 3 years.

Your mission:

Build and lead the company to category dominance while I focus on brand, vision, and content creation.


What You’ll Own

  • Full P&L responsibility
  • All day-to-day leadership
  • Hiring, building, and scaling the entire org
  • Designing systems, dashboards, and operational excellence
  • Go-to-market strategy alongside our marketing/growth hires
  • Transforming service delivery into a scalable, automated system
  • Leading revenue growth to $5M+ in 12 months and $20M+ beyond
  • This is not a job — it’s a founder-level partnership.

Success Metrics (12–18 months)

  • Revenue scaled to $5M+
  • 25%+ sustained profit margins
  • Fully systemized delivery model
  • Strong leadership team in place (Marketing, Ops, Client Success, Sales)
  • Weekly operating rhythm installed (KPIs, dashboards, accountability)
  • Business no longer dependent on founder for operations
  • Path to $20M, $50M, and $100M clearly mapped

Partnership Structure

We offer a flexible buy-in +

  • Equity + profit alignment model designed to attract a world-class operator.
  • Base Equity Grant: 3%–15%
  • Buy-In Equity: Additional 10%–25%
  • Buy-In Amount: $250K–$1.5M (staged over 3 years)
  • Profit Share: 10–20% of profit above baseline (first 6–12 months)
  • Salary: Modest at first, scalable with revenue & profit milestones
  • Total earning potential: 20–40% equity + profit share + long-term upside + salary.

  • You’ve grown a company from $10M → $50M+ or $20M → $100M+
  • Operated in coaching, transformation, lifestyle, or services (or similar)
  • You’re an integrator who loves building teams and systems
  • You own execution and thrive with visionary founders (and you’ve previously worked directly with a founder)
  • You’re entrepreneurial, values-driven, and want meaningful equity
  • You want your next mountain — and you’re ready to climb it fast

Who You’ll Partner With (Founder Profile)

You’ll work directly with the founder who will stay focused on:

  • Vision and long-term direction
  • Content creation
  • Brand building
  • Books, media, speaking
  • High-level strategy

You will run the company.

You will have autonomy, authority, and ownership.


Current State Snapshot

  • 5 Full-Time + 10 Part-Time/Contractors
  • Head of Growth hired Dec 2025
  • ~190 new clients/year (~$6K per client)
  • Revenue $1,013,000 in 2025

Key Levers for Growth

$1M → $10M:

These are the only things that truly move the needle from $1M to $10M in a premium coaching + media-driven business like ours.

  1. Scale podcast-driven acquisition (lowest CAC channel).
  2. 2–3x booked call volume with stronger automation + nurture. Shift all marketing to focus on Senior & Exec Level, Simplify Marketing Funnels, Reduce # of products/offerings – Focus on $10K plus options & recurring revenue options.
  3. Expand 1:1 coaching capacity with standardized curriculum + more coaches. Automate Client Onboarding, Optimize training + Certification levels for coaches to increase delivery consistency
  4. Create a continuity program to raise LTV 2–3x. Add recurring revenue (new clients and alumni clients)
  5. Optimize Google/ChatGPT discovery to dominate paid & organic acquisition.
$10M → $50M:

Once we break $10M, our constraints change. Now the biggest levers are systems, brand leverage, and multiple scalable revenue engines.

  1. Shift from pure 1:1 to team delivery (different stages provided by different coaches with expertise)
  2. Build multi personality personal-brand ecosystem (beyond just Scott).
  3. **Operate like a media company (podcast → YouTube → AI SEO).**Hire Head of Content, Head of Analytics
  4. Invest heavily in coaching + operations infrastructure.
